With all the pressures of social media making people feel like they have to be perfect all the time, it really puts a drag on you being the best version of yourself....don't allow others to derail your healthy fitness journey. You never know who could be watching your progress and using it to motivate themselves to get out of the rut we so easily get stuck it!

You're not going to get the butt you want by sitting on it!! We had a blast at our pole fitness class and learned that no matter how slow you are at learning pole, you are still climbing HIGHER than everyone on the couch....boomshakalaka!!! Go get it!

Why the heck do you even need a Personal Trainer, besides the fact that you like being told what to do! You'll learn that having soft hands, a great smile, and big muscles might not be the best fit for you (although we definitely recommend they bathe on occasion)....and other qualities to look for in a Personal Trainer, why you might need one, and how to go about finding a great one to help you achieve your goals!
